What Is Forge?

Forge is an iOS strength training app that combines serious workout logging with AI-powered form analysis and a community built around powerlifting and strength sports. Every feature was designed around one question: what would genuinely make a lifter better?

I'm an avid fitness enthusiast — I've completed two full marathons and three half marathons, and I'm currently training toward an ambitious dual goal: a 500 lb squat and a sub-5:00 mile on the same day.

I hold a Master's in Computer Science and am actively beginning my own research journey in the field. I built Forge because I wanted a training app that took the analytical side of lifting as seriously as the physical side.

Forge started as a personal project and has grown into a platform I hope helps lifters at every level get more out of every session.
